Le biciclette utilizzate devono essere idonee ed in buone condizioni per il tipo di escursione scelta.
Casco e luci sono obbligatorie mentre una luce frontale da testa è raccomandata insieme a barrette energetiche ed acqua.
Ogni gruppo avrà una guida ogni 6 persone.
